Do you sell brand name pills?
Yes, we sell both Brand and Generic pills.

What does the term “generic” mean?
Generic drugs are produced and distributed without patent protection. A generic contains the same active ingredients as the brand pills and is identified by its chemical name rather than its brand name. Generic Drugs are manufactured by the certified producer but not by the original drug’s producer. Generic drugs can be issued when the brand-name equivalent’s patent expires. Upon the original medicine’s patent expiration any pharmaceutical company can obtain a right on its production and purchase a chemical formula.

Why do generic medicines cost less than brand ones?
Unlike generic drugs, a large part of the costs incurred by original manufacturers of brand name drugs are for research and development and advertising. Companies, manufacturing generic medicines do not have to invest in any research and development or pay for advertising and marketing. It is only necessary to purchase a chemical formula to produce a generic drug. Consequently, you get world-class drugs at a reasonable price!

What is the quality of generic drugs?

Do you require a prescription before purchasing on your site?

What if the order isn’t received during the delivery time?
If the order isn’t received during the delivery time we guarantee to reship the product free of charge or give your money back.

What shipping method do you offer?
We offer 2 shipping methods at the moment: EMS Standard Delivery (9 – 14 business days). The packages sent by this postal service can be tracked by the tracking number and will take maximum of 14 days to deliver. Tracking number for EMS starts working within 4 business days after the order is shipped.

For products available for domestic shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail (3 – 5 business days). The packages sent by this postal service can be tracked as well by the tracking number and will take maximum of 5 days to deliver. Tracking number for USPS starts working within 1 business days after the order is shipped.

Why I still haven’t received my order?
You can use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status, if you ordered using the express delivery method. If you used standard airmail delivery then it could take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If only the parcel does not arrive within this term, you should contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the parcel has not been delivered, we will reship the order FREE of charge for you. Though, if the original order subsequently arrives as the reshipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us as soon as possible. We always do our best to solve problems in a reasonable manner.

What sum do I have to pay if you reship the product?
We will reship the product free of charge. No additional charges will be placed.

Can my order be delayed at customs?
If this happens, you’ll be informed additionally. The recipient is asked to come and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that you should receive your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem.

What shipping rates do you have?
The shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping option you choose, the country of the destination, and the products you order. To find out the shipping cost, you should add desired products to shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most worldwide countries. Please contact our Customer Service or check the order form to find out the available delivery options for your region.

How orders are being sent?
We understand that your confidentiality and anonymity is important when you place an order online with us. That’s why our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any information of the contents on the outside of the package.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our Delivery Guarantee for more information. Please note that if there are 100 or even more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages.

Do you have the money back guarantee?
In case of non-delivery of the product we guarantee to return the money.

What payments do you accept?

How can I check the status of my order?
Tracking your order status depends on the country where the order is being delivered to. We have 2 options to do that: to contact our support team (Contact Us) or to check the status from the web site through option Order Status.

Can I cancel the order and can I get my card credited?

When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the “Submit” button, the information is transmitted to our processing centre where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed.

How can I order from you?
To make an order you have to choose the product you are to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart” button. Then you choose the amount of pills you wish to buy and after what you have to click “Checkout”. Fill in the order information required, checking all the fields, pills quantity and press on “Submit transaction” button. If the order is accepted you will see the notification on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you specify.
